The E-Z Enema/Body Fluid Bag is a device which revolutionizes the collection of waste
contents from patients with life threatening diseases such as Aids and Hepatitis who are
a potential risk to healthcare workers. Additionally, it is used for patients comatose,
unable to ambulate, sit upright or transfer to a bedside commode.
The E-Z Bag can be used in long term care facilities, hospitals, homes, or special care units. It
can be used with patients who are in a comatose condition whereby hip-flexion, weight bearing,
or transferring to a bedside commode is impossible.
The bag can be used on Obese/Bariatric patients who cannot transfer to the bedside commode.
The E-Z Bag is designed to collect fecal contents while protecting the patient and the health care
provider from contaminants. The convenient carry handle facilitates transportation of the
contents to the lab.
The E-Z Bag decreases costs for health care facilities by reducing risk to health care workers
and patients, reducing laundry and linen services, and reducing the time to administer the
procedure and post-procedure cleanup.
